Community Engagement Art#1
I have a strong track record of working with diverse communities, particularly youth from underrepresented backgrounds. Through partnerships with organizations like the JK Movement and Saint Paul Public Schools, I’ve led after-school art workshops for students in grades 6–9, designing culturally relevant curricula supported by grant funding. As an artist-in-residence at the Black Youth Healing Arts Center and Cityview Community School, I continue to engage Black and BIPOC youth through accessible, healing-centered art practices. My public art projects, including community murals in Saint Paul, are rooted in collaboration and inclusivity, inviting local residents of all ages and backgrounds to participate in the creative process. I’ve also taught community education classes at Carl Kroening Nature Center, reaching intergenerational audiences. My work prioritizes cultural connection, empowerment, and creative exploration, aiming to foster environments where people feel seen, heard, and inspired through art.

About us
About me
As an artist, I am constantly inspired by the world around me and the endless possibilities of creating something beautiful. I have been creating art for as long as I can remember, and my passion for painting, sculpture, and other mediums continues to grow and evolve. As an artist and creative entrepreneur, my work aligns deeply with Roho Collective’s values of creativity, culture, entrepreneurship, healing, and community transformation. Through TRGGiftedHands, LLC, I create visual art that sparks conversation, tells stories, and reflects the lived experiences of our communities. My work often addresses social issues, including gun violence, while celebrating resilience, identity, and cultural connections. I believe art is a powerful tool for healing, education, and bringing people together. Whether through exhibitions, community projects, workshops, or public art, I strive to create spaces where people feel seen, heard, and inspired.
